No, he's not gonna be the last to the finish line
She said even losers get lucky sometimes
He says it's gonna get better like a fine wine
She says it's harder to smell the roses when the sun don't shine
This time he's gonna find another way

I am still in disbelief when I leave an amazing country and arrive 'home' in London. How is the wonderful city of London my home! Surely I am still on holidays! To arrive home to walk the streets of London is still so surreal to me and is a constant reminder of how blessed I am! My Father is constantly meeting my every need and providing me with unbelievable opportunities and experiences.
Unsure of what exactly to do on my first day back I headed to my second 'home' the British Museum to see some more exhibits!
I went on some awesome guided tours around four exhibits...
Assyria...
Art of the Middle East...
Mexico,
The godess behind me is the goddess of purification, the eater of filth! She is depicted with a variety of faces and sizes but is recognisable as she always stands with her hands on her stomach...
And Ancient Rome...
This 'serious' selfie reminds me of another photo from my farewell party.
Another exciting, informative and fun visit to the British Museum!
I also recently went on a tour of some BEAUTIFUL churches in London. These places never fail to take my breathe away and amaze me with their stories and history!
Here are a few of my favourites...
The art-deco style of st vedast-alias-foster church london
The amazing organ of St Lawrence Jewry
The round church of St Stephen Walbrook
This stunning statue was in St. Mary Woolnoth.
Where John Newtown was Rector.
And of course the famous St Paul's Cathedral...
Well my afternoon tea awaits, until next time all my love, love, loving,
Joey!!!
